Computer science graduate. I work on problems where the wrong architecture costs you: scheduling 30,000+ tasks across edge-cloud networks, extracting structured knowledge from video and carousel images, and auditing railway signaling systems that can't afford downtime.

Each project starts with a constraint: a 512MB memory cap, a sub-second latency budget, IEC 62443 compliance. I pick the trade-offs that fit, then build it. Serverless event pipelines, in-memory vector search, metaheuristic scheduling, Purdue Model segmentation: the stack follows the problem.

I care about software that is predictable, well-structured, and quiet. Fewer moving parts, explicit failure modes, and deep respect for user attention.

CORE FOCUS
Constraint-Driven Scheduling
NP-hard task offloading across Cloud-Edge-Mist tiers. Built a QSA scheduler that cut execution delay 55% over Genetic Algorithms across 300 devices and 30,450 tasks.
Serverless Event Pipelines
Zero-idle, scale-to-zero compute. Lambda containers with static ffmpeg, S3 event triggers, and pre-signed upload flows that keep the backend out of the data path.
Industrial Network Security
Mapped trust boundaries across 4 zones and 25+ sub-zones at Alstom. Authored a 40-page IEC 62443 spec covering 23 risks in the R1 railway signaling system.
Multimodal Knowledge Extraction
Batch OCR from carousel images in under 3 seconds, Whisper audio transcription fallback, and two-column PDF parsing into in-memory FAISS indices with grounded chunk attribution.

Benchmarked YOLOv8n vs YOLOv11n on INSAT-3D satellite imagery for tropical cyclone detection (0.921 mAP@.50-.95, 0.994 recall), published in Springer Nature (SIST Vol 426). Discovered that naive geometric augmentation degraded model accuracy on meteorological data.

Single-player worlds & indie sims
Big fan of story-rich games with deep branching choices like Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3, and Sleeping Dogs. On the flip side, I get hooked on indie games with tight, satisfying loops: Dave the Diver, Dredge, and Katana Zero.
INTERESTS
Outage post-mortems & distributed consensus
I love reading post-mortems from major cloud outages and diving into distributed consensus papers (Raft, Paxos, edge queuing). Real-world failure modes under pressure are always way more interesting than textbook theory.
TASTE
Quiet software over needless decoration
As little design as possible. Whether it is an API route, an edge scheduler, or a UI, software should do its job predictably and stay out of the way without begging for attention.
